Tesla has now released an image of the Cybertruck being tested for extreme winters, drifting in snow. In sBattery-powered electric vehicles have been known to take a hit on the range when temperatures are low. That said, the Tesla Cybertruck has been claimed to have a range of over 800 km, which when reduced, should still be a healthy figure.

Tesla will offer the Cybertruck in three different trims, with the entry-level single-motor variant packing a RWD configuration and a range of about 402 km. The mid-range variant will be equipped with a dual-motor setup, along with an AWD system with a total range of around 483 km. The range-topping trim get three electric motors, with an all-wheel drive configuration, and a driving range of 805 km!
Tesla claims that the Cybertruck will be able to sprint from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 2.9 seconds, and offer a payload capacity of 1,588 kg, thanks to its 2,832-litres of exterior, lockable storage. The American EV manufacturer also says that the Cybertruck will offer a towing capacity of over 6,350 kg! That said, it is yet to be seen if the edgy styling of the Cybertruck will be toned down when it arrives.
