Volkswagen India’s biggest highlight of 2022 was the Taigun SUV, which recently received a 5-star GNCAP rating for adult and child occupants.
The company also expanded the Volkswagen car sales network to 159 sales and 126 service touchpoints in 118 cities across the country. These included cities such as Jammu, Agra, Delhi NCR, Nagpur, Kolkata, Arcot Road, and Rajahmundry.

Volkswagen India also strengthened its pre-owned car business, Das WeltAuto (DWA), a platform for buying, selling, upgrade, and exchange. The DWA platform now has 26,000+ customers through its network of 109 DWA outlets and 25 Excellence Centres.
