Australia’s biggest reality TV show came to a close on Tuesday night, with a shock reunion revealing Ellie and Jonathan – a couple who were never supposed to be together – showing up hand in hand.
Meanwhile, Tori and Jack, who even the experts suspected were in a toxic relationship, were seen boasting about their matrimonial bliss, before they walked out mid-show.
But what about after the reunion? Are they all still together?
Here is everything we know about where couples from Married at First Sight Australia season 11 are now.
Who is still together from Married at First Sight Australia 2024?
Jayden and Eden – split
Despite being the first couple to drop the “L bomb”, and seeming as loved up as ever during the reunion, season 11’s golden couple are no longer together.
It later came out that fellow groom Timothy had called their connection “fake”.
Jayden Eynaud, 26, denied the accusations: “I don’t know where these claims have come from, but that’s a load of crap,” he told Daily Mail Australia. “What you see on TV with me and Eden is exactly what you get.”
Unfortunately what we saw on TV did not last after the reunion.
After seeing Jayden get cosy with fellow bride Lauren Dunn, Eden Harper, 28, claimed her TV husband had been “disrespectful” and, in an emotional Instagram post, Eden told her followers she and her partner had parted ways.
The bride said Jayden “didn’t choose me”, despite the couple having remained together for eight months after filming for the show finished.
Eden claimed to have been “blindsided” by the breakup, telling Daily Mail she was “bewildered” and unable to contact her ex-husband who was not responding to any of her messages.
In her social media post, she said: “Whilst I’m disappointed that what you saw didn’t translate in the real world, I will never regret this experiment, the people I met, the lessons I learnt and the growth it has had on me.”
Ellie and Jonathan- still together
Despite Jonathon McCullough, 32, originally being paired with Lauren Dunn, 32, the couple were torn apart by revelations the groom had been messaging another bride during the show.
That other bride, Ellie Dix, 32, turned up to the Married at First Sight’s reunion holding Jonathon’s hand, despite him insisting their relationship had always been “completely innocent”.
Having ignored the backlash from former bride Lauren, and the experts, Ellie and Jonathan are apparently still going strong.
The couple have reportedly told each other they love each other, gone travelling and even moved in together.
Jack and Tori – still together
Having been one of the most controversial couples in season 11, Jack Dunkley, 34, and Tori Adams, 27, have shocked everyone by remaining together.
Jack in particular drew a lot of criticism from the MAFS experts, who branded his behaviour “disgusting”.
During their honeymoon, he admitted to not being sexually attracted to his TV wife, then revealed he had a secret girlfriend in the run-up to the show, before telling a fellow groom to “put a muzzle” on his wife.
Despite the turmoil, and the experts’ advice, Tori stood by her man and the couple remained together through their final vows and into the reunion.
Since then, Jack has said Tori has made the move to the Gold Coast, giving up her job and life in Melbourne to be closer to her partner.
“She’s moved into my apartment with me,” Jack told Today Extra. “Tori started her new job here on the Gold Coast. And I’m still running my personal training business, and we’re very happy.
“I was looking for that person to share my life with and cook dinners together with and go for walks with and go to these family events with… I think I found my match and that’s Tori.”
Scandal persisted, though, and Jack was reportedly “all over” another woman earlier in April, with the groom’s friend having to stop him leaving a club with another woman, according to the So Dramatic! podcast.
Sara and Tim – split
Sara Mesa, 31, and Tim Calwell, 29, were the first couple to be paired on MAFS season 11 – and the first to consummate their marriage.
Despite the initial attraction, their explosive relationship soon hit rocky ground.
Eden revealed Sara had met up with her ex-boyfriend behind Tim’s back and it was later alleged she was also texting former Married at First Sight star Ollie Skelton while on the show.
Then, despite the couple both agreeing to stick together during final vows, Tim admitted during the reunion that he may not have agreed to stay with Sara if he had been “given more time” to think about it.
Since then, Sara has confirmed the pair have split with Tim having gone back to dating his ex-girlfriend, according to Yahoo Lifestyle.
Ridge and Jade – still together
Another fairytale couple, Ridge Barredo, 27, and Jade Pywell, 26, fell instantly head over heels for one another.
It was not all smooth sailing, though, with Jade complaining about Ridge’s “immaturity” and doubting whether he could make a good role model for her young daughter.
They surprised no one, however, when the two reaffirmed their commitment during final vows.
Ridge claimed during the reunion he was prepared to move to the Gold Coast to be with his TV wife and her daughter in a matter of months.
In a recent video on Instagram, the three of them can be seen enjoying the beach together at sunset.
Lucinda and Timothy – split
Lucinda Light, 43, and Timothy Smith, 51 seemed to resolve their underlying issues after an unsteady start, with Lucinda able to break down Timothy’s tall walls.
However, their lack of sexual chemistry ultimately held them back and they both parted the show on good terms with Timothy saying, “I know for a fact that we’ll always be in each other’s lives”.
There was some hope the two would rekindle their former relationship when Lucinda and Timothy seemed closer than ever at the reunion.
It was later confirmed, however, that the two remain only friends – but reportedly continue to be in close contact.
Andrea and Richard – split
Despite being Married at First Sight Australia’s oldest couple, Richard Sauerman, 62, and Andrea Thompson, 51, acted like high school sweethearts during their honeymoon.
Their relationship was going from strength to strength until Andrea felt “disrespected” by Richard after he revealed intimate details about their marriage in a commitment ceremony.
The couple was never able to get back on track, citing “communication issues” and parted ways towards the end of season 11.
During the reunion Andrea and Richard’s scene on the experts’ sofa were cut, so we were unable to hear directly from the pair earlier this week.
Richard has since spoken out, though, claiming the two are currently “not friends”.
Cassandra and Tristan – split
Tristan Black, 30, and Cassandra Allen, 29, had one of the more touching weddings after the father of the bride moved guests with an emotional speech.
The couple soon found chemistry lacking from the relationship though, particularly after Tristan opted to leave the show during one tense commitment ceremony where the groom admitted he had serious confidence issues.
Despite splitting, the couple exited MAFS as friends.
Michael and Stephen – split
Michael Felix, 34, had a rough start to the experiment after his intended match pulled out just days before their wedding.
Stephen Stewart, 26, then felt he was second-choice after he was called in last minute to be Michael’s new groom.
The relationship never did improve much after that, with Michael accusing Stephen of flirting with their hairdresser.
Stephen later confirmed having feelings for someone else and they both decided to leave the show apart.
Madeleine and Ash – split
Sales manager Ash Galati, 33, was almost instantly put off by psychic medium Madeleine Maxwell, 30.
His doubts were confirmed on their honeymoon, which took a weird turn as Madeleine’s more spiritual side didn’t gel with Ash’s more conventional outlook.
Ash and Madeleine left the show just days after meeting each other.
Viewers then spotted Madeleine’s absence at the show’s reunion with the former MAFS bride saying the reality TV show did “not align” with her beliefs. Madeleine told Daily Mail Australia she “didn’t want anything to do with the show”.
Collins and Natalie – not together
Viewers watched as Collins Christian, 28, and Natalie Parham, 32, had an awkward honeymoon and an even stranger first dinner party.
Leaving after season 11’s first commitment ceremony, the two have stayed separated.
Natalie, though, has revealed she is now happily dating another woman who she knew before the show.
